Is there any other way that we can use to get the logs for bulk of devices. We need the logs for debugging, We are facing an issue and without logs we are unable to fix it.
If you are an enterprise customer you can raise a zendesk ticket and provide more detail there about the issue you are debugging. We don’t have your application logs but might be able to help with other instrumentation if it’s a connectivity issue.
Do you know how many devices we can add to LogStream to retrieve logs? We are trying to collect the logs and save them into BigQuery to fix bugs. Or can I use Loggly to get logs from all of our customer devices?
I’ve used Loggly for years on multiple projects using Electric Imp devices. It works fine with volume, although the Loggly analytical tools are limited. You can aggregate in the agent to reduce the amount of http traffic.
