Stuck in firmware update triggered

I have an Imp002 that is constently in “firmware update triggered”

I have no way to get him out of that phase… :S

Is the device battery-powered? Fading voltage can cause that.

no its on a steady power supply and provided with a good stable 3.3V

but when I do clear the device setting via the App, it blink orange without problem and rebooting.

Got a mac address? Generally, that could be a symptom of the device not being able to reach the firmware update server (eg if you’re not letting it get to upgrades.electricimp.com port 80).
