Stable dataflow now randomly failing / agent-side HTTP curl error code 45

The same agent code running our sensors which has worked splendidly is now all the sudden failing. It is an ElectricImp server issue. It is simply calling an AWS Lambda HTTPS POST webhook to pass sensor data. We are receiving httpresponse.statuscode 45, corresponding to a CURLE_INTERFACE_FAILED. This is some hardware-level/networking issue with the agent.

Can someone please comment on timeline for resolution? We are dead in the water.

Our operational sensors are now missing data for the first time ever due to EI server issues.

Not an enterprise customer, so I had no recourse. The issue lasted a matter of hours and was resolved later the same afternoon. I have not witnessed this before since streaming operational sensor data over EI since 2020. Thanks.
