just connecting the board with mac and windows (both laptops and pc ) using correct usb cable and using appropriate external battery, the red led should be on… but it is not showing any kind of light… no response… could my chip be damaged??? i got it completely new. please reply soon as i am not able to even start…
Are you using an April board, and an Electric Imp card? Do you have the jumper set to USB?
