Reboot/reload notification in the imp

it would be usefull for some applications if the code in imp gets a notification before new firmware is uploaded, then it can finish some tasks, shutdown external hardware, may be flush ram to external eeprom or nv storage.

I am planning to expand my datalogger with external eeprom in case of http-server or wifi failure. but writecycles are limited and slow, so would like to collect a few samples and write them to external eeprom is larger blocks.

We have been planning something like this, but mainly for migration of agents; the same could well apply on an imp. Request noted and added to to-do list.
