I tried accessing the logs of a production device with historical logs api. I’m seeing only Device Disconnected Logs. Is there a way to see other logs?
When you’ve enabled logging, all logs will be collected for that production device; the log enable will auto disable 24 hours after you stop looking at them.
Production logs are by default quenched at source (ie they never leave the device/agent) for production devices, which is why you aren’t seeing any thing historical.
