Problem Downloading update

I powered a device for the first time, but it never downloads the update.

It keeps blinking like it was downloading the update until the led goes off, without indicating that the update is being istalled.

What could be happening?

I’m sure someone will see it here, but you could send the device ID and problem to support@electricimp.com, so they can look at the logs.

@rkdoo This device seems to be on the latest version; did you get it working?
