Usually you can tell which company made a device from the first three bytes of the MAC address. In this case “68:57:2d…” is owned by Tuya Smart. This means that these devices are nothing to do with Electric Imp or Twilio, sorry. I suggest going looking for anything made by Tuya Smart on your network…
You can look up MAC addresses online using a variety of tools. For example this one on the wireshark website.

You can also use IEEE Registration Authority - Mac Address Information to look up ranges for corporations by vendor name
