Please don't require phone number

Right now while I am evaluated the electric imp, my own beta testers have to have accounts on this site. Which means that they have to provide their phone number.

I already know that this is going to raise their hackles, and potentially be a deal breaker for many of them.

So could you please consider removing the phone number requirement, or at the very least make it optional?

Hi - We agree that this isn’t necessary and no longer require users to provide their phone numbers during account creation.
