Here in temperature example it talks about a node unique ID. What is this exactly? It's different from both the MAC address and the ID assigned to impee.
It’s the ID of the device (ie, the ID chip on the device the imp is plugged into). Hence, you can swap imps but the node (the blue blob in the planner) stays the same.
