"No firmware assigned; booting to blank firmware" error

Hi I am getting the following message on 5 of my imp002s

2015-12-02 21:37:16 UTC+0 [Device] No firmware assigned; booting to blank firmware.

This is causing the following error

2015-12-02 21:37:24 UTC+0 [Device] ERROR: the index ‘WAKEREASON_PIN’ does not exist

Please help.

(summary of support ticket) - your devices are stuck on old OS revisions and hence you’re hitting this. Working on why this is happening.
