Need detail log for our user's device

Our user’s device failed on blinking up, we need the detail log for the device to double confirm if it is not a problem on Imp side.

Would you give me an email, I can send the device ID to you?

If the device hasn’t come online (no green LED seen) then there are no logs because the device has not connected.

If you PM us the device ID we can look - probably better via your support account at support@electricimp.com though.
