I created this Android app that lets you communicate with the agent via HTTP POST or GET. Feel free to use as needed:

I usually just serve a small webpage out of the agent, which gives me full control of the page and buttons. On iOS you can then bookmark the webpage onto your Home screen so it shows up like a app. The only downside is that you can’t really do client side storage and security is entirely through obscurity.
