My IMP002 won't Connect to server

I can get it to connect to my router but I can’t see it in my device list on the imp central.

Can you provide the mac address so we can look at logs?

What LED code is being flashed after powerup? https://developer.electricimp.com/troubleshooting/blinkup

After connection I am getting the “blinkup successful code” (green-off-green-off). I’ll pm you the Mac address. Thanks for looking into this!

This device was a commercial device; you can’t do a developer blinkup on these devices, the commercial customer’s app has to be used to get them online.
