I am looking at the Janice 8-channel triac controller reference design. However i cant seem to find any specific information about which component to choose for U70.
What to choose?

Whoops! Looks like that part got left out of the BOM. We used the PCF8563T/5,518 from NXP.

I found out by looking in the Altium files, though i was unfamiliar with the footprint SOIC127P600X145-8N but figured it was the same as the SO-8 which the PCF8563T uses.
However good with solid confirmation!
