hi, currently im looking to implement gsm module on imp004. but im not sure if i’ll be able to update firmware via uart. is this possible?
You can certainly talk to a GSM module with imp004m, at an application level - but all comms, squirrel firmware updates etc can only go over a system-supported network interface. On imp004m, that means wifi.
You should look at imp006, which supports cellular (almost any Quectel module) and a couple of different WiFi/BLE modules.
