How do you do the blink up process on an imp002 module
You need external components, as provided on the Aria module which is the smallest imp002 impee. The circuit is specified on page 5 of the imp002 specification document here.
On a P3V3 Imp002 dev board, the default set up uses the onboard components. All you need to do is select USB or VIN power with the power select pins/holes, and supply 3.6 - 17V DC.
