Recently I was testing an SMT phototransistor, and Tom referred me to this BlinkUp guide and the imp-o-scope code, which is a really cool bit of reference code. It was designed to read phototransistor input on an ADC, but you could easily use it and the agent graphing code for all kinds of projects. Thanks to Yanir for putting this together… its a really cool bit of code. Here is an example of the agent output.
