I am a noob trying the imp chef instructable. Does the 8 pin connect to one end of the resistor? The 9 pin to the other end along with one end of the jack. The 3.3 with the other end of the jack. I am using the usb for power.
You’ve got it! So you should have:
Pin8 – resistor – Pin9 – probe – 3v3
In retrospect, I’m not certain that ASCII diagram helped at all… but it sounds like you’re understanding correctly
