I’ve got two 4-hour workshops at Heartland Developer Conference 2013. I led with Arduino because (a) my workshop on Arduino was very successful last year at the same conference and (b) it is more well know and provides the interest to get people registered. I’ll teach basic electronics on the Arduino, then take it to the web with Electric Imp. All in four hours, and then do it again in the afternoon.
