My Agent code is now more than 3000 lines of code. Is there a way to make .H file or something like that so I can organise my code to be more “structured” instead of everything in the same place?

Mac user? If so you can try Squinter, which lets you keep library files, eg. classes, as separate files and combines them into one before uploading to the Electric Imp Cloud.
