Does any code run post bless, pre blinkup?

Does any of your device code run post bless but pre initial blinkup if you’ve selected the option to download the code after blessing?

I wonder because we have some code which runs on the device when connection to wifi fails. Will this run if the device is powered on but it’s never been blinked up. Or does nothing run until first blink up?

Yes. Immediately after bless, the device code will run, but it has no credentials to connect with (because after blessing, the configuration is cleared) - this is exactly what will happen on first power up with the end user.

Cached squirrel does not run for 10s after a cold boot with no credentials, though. This delay is to allow devices to be rescued if they have bad code cached.
