Device did not connect

Hello, I am desesperatly trying to connect the Electric Imp I just received with my iPhone using BlinkUp but each time I get the error “Device did not connect”.

I can’t find any help article about this error.
Could somedy please advice ?

Few questions:

  1. Which imp type, and what board?
  2. Is the blinkup successful? (green flash at the end of the process)?
  3. What are the LEDs showing?
