Device Blinkup not working right


I had a device 0c2a6908e900 that blinked up fine and worked for 10 minutes or so and now shows offline. Every time we blink up it starts off fine and then drops again or says data un retrievable (using the electric imp app).

Why is this dropping as we have reset the router/modem a few times and nothing? We have no port blocking, etc

Modem is Motorola SDG6580

It’s unlikely to be something on our end as other customers would have been affected.

What code is it running? It’s quite possible for code that loops without a yield to keep going offline because the device doesn’t respond to the server’s pings.
