Developer needed, coding for a hall light sensor that lights a separate LED display and notifies

Hi, I’m looking for a developer who can code a hall light sensor for me on the Hannah board that will initiate a message on a connected LED display, and also alert the homeowner of the activity via WIFI capturing a picture of the intruder. Any help appreciated. This is for a home project.
