I’m getting a 403 error on https://developer.electricimp.com/examples/uart-pulse-counting

I would love to read that as I assume it is a more robust explanation of Hugo’s magic method he shared here on the forums.

This ability will play a big role in whether imp will save me money (would factor out the need for a whole separate $11 high performance micro).
