Changing account email address

Hi. In the IDE, I tried:
My Account -> Profile -> change email
then entered the new email address, and a message came up “Successfully sent email to…”
But the confirmation email hasn’t arrived at the new email address. Any ideas?

I’m still having no luck with this. The email address linked to my account will soon be inactive, so I need to change it soon. I must be doing something wrong, any tips?

Many apologies for the radio silence – this isn’t you, it’s us. We’ve got a bug in the change mail logic that’s causing the verification emails to fail. If you can DM me your new email address, we can manually verify and I’ll do the update directly.

For what it’s worth, the fix will go out in next week’s deploy.
