Can't create BugFix, can't add new program

I’m very noob, but instructions say to click + to add a new program…I can’t see this anywhere.

Hmm you appear to have access to the new IDE beta, which you shouldn’t have. Refresh and try again?

Hi Hugo! Yes, thanks. I created another account, and commissioned my imp and wrote the helloworld using the old IDE. Works great!
