We recently experienced some stability issues with the developer server group, caused by some bugs in the new AMQP API. That resulted in us temporarily disabling the AMQP API.
We believe that we’ve fixed all of the outstanding bugs, so we’ve updated the developer servers and re-enabled AMQP.
