Agent Stopped: Device offline too long

I have a device that ran out of battery and the client didn’t replace it quickly. If they replace the battery and the device connects to internet, will the agent restart? Do I need to restart the agent before they try to reconnect the device?

The agent will start automatically when the device connects.

If it has been less than a month since the device was last online, then the agent will still be running. Agents are only stopped when the device has not been connected in >30 days.
