my agent has stopped and has been migrating for 4 days now:
it says: [Status] Agent stopped: migrating.
could anyone help me how to get it back again? will it come back automatically?

That message is from the server which the agent migrated from.
The agent will re-start on the new server immediately afterwards… as long as the device is either online or has been online in the last month.
Has your device been online? @kenny can look this up.
