Hello i have a production app and it stopped working because the agent for my several imps are not working.
Where and how can i get help ASAP???

It says online in my device and agent but i call a device function every 10 minutes and the agent is not printing anything. it was working for the last 2 years without any change in code !!

Something was preventing agents from making HTTP requests from one of our developer servers. If you were making synchronous requests, your agent would have frozen.
I’ve restarted the agent server on that server. Everything seems OK now.
We’ll continue looking for the underlying cause.
