Given that there still no easy way to share code could we have two additional categories so those who kindly create Libs have somewhere to explicitly tag them.

We’re trying to keep the forum categories as leans as possible, although you raise a good point about sharing libraries / classes.
We’re trying to centralize code libraries in our GitHub Reference repository. We’re going to be cleaning it up, and adding some instructions about contributing in the very near future (we’ll also have a guide or two for folks who have never used Git before, and maybe some additional instructions / means of getting code into the repo for folks who are very anti-git).
