504 Gateway Time-out

Until yesterday the agent code was running fine and functions working correctly however now when I request the URL I get a 504 Gateway Time-out error. Is there a reason for this / can anyone help me?!

504 (and 502) can sometimes happen due to an HTTP-routing problem in our backend infrastructure. This is something that we’re actively investigating.

In the meantime, Build & Run should fix it.

Hi Roger, unfortunetly build & run is not fixing it, are there any other solutions?

Can you give more detail like your device ID? (don’t give your agent URL as otherwise others may try to access it - we can look it up in our database).

Note that the device has to be online regularly otherwise the agent will stop.
