Analog readings change when i restart device

I don’t see quite what C32 is doing (appears to be between ground and… ground?) but yeah 30Hz seems like a reasonable point. As I don’t know what noise you’re getting coupled, it’ll be a bit iterative.

You may also want to filter the 5v going out to the sensor, but whether that’s needed depends rather on the PSRR it has.

The forum is my hobby, see. You have to have hobbies

Haha lol yeah, well c32 is filtering ground to ground

I am not sure about the sensor PSRR, it has an onboard LDO of some sort, but the datasheet does not specify. I have written to the guy who develops them, to ask for some data in regards to PSRR.

Well given it’s your hobby, I am glad that I can help you sustain it

Just noticed, with this setup there will be a voltage divider between R30 and R80 right? That is not very desirable right i guess

Well nevermind, figured it out: I can make the filter with a larger cap and a smaller resistor i guess. The output impedance of the sensor is 10k, so in relation to the 1M resistor, it will not be to bad
