I dont why these items are advertised as easy to set up there seem to be problems with documentation in that my imp uses codes that dont show up on the led page. Ir short red long green off
also having followed the commissioning instructions i cannot get the imp to talk to the cloud.This most frustrating or is this a case of the giving the media people a freeby to promote the product. What i want is a wireless product that does what it says it will do in the support material.

Can you give any more detail, like the mac address of the imp?
Some very very early imps (the first 1000) had different LED codes, though after the first upgrade they’ll use the standard codes.
