I can connect my imp very good at my home’s network. But I cannot get imp to my schools’s network. Maybe because encrypted wifi communication.

This is likely 802.1x enterprise auth (you need an SSID, username and password for this). We do not support this.

Is this going to be supported in the future?

It’s on the wishlist, but it’s pretty complex and large.
