NO IDLE Device log status

Hi

We develop some general applications using imps but now we have a problem with one of the devices. When you turn it on the first message on log pane is

2015-05-29 11:52:01 UTC-5 [Device] No firmware assigned; booting to blank firmware.

We have assigned it to a model with a code that is working good in other devices but this one is not.
After you check and build the code it works in log but the server always answer

2015-05-29 12:16:00 UTC-5 [Agent] Estado: NO IDLE

There is any solution to this? we think a firmware restore can solve it but we dont know how to do it.

Any advice or solution?

Is the device blinked up onto the right account?

I see it seemingly working today (ie at 2015-06-02T17:06:56.741Z it was assigned code that it seems to be running on the device).

I don’t see any NO IDLE messages from the agent today, but without your code I don’t know what provokes these or what they mean
