Is my Imp001 firmware up to date?

Hello,

I just got my IMP001 a few days ago. I am playing with the examples and the snippets of code. I saw that there is an instruction to check the firmware version so I found the code that shows the IMP information.

This is my IMP data:
device firmware version: af0f28a - release-27.10 - Fri Dec 13 11:08:38 2013

Is this up to date? Otherwise how can I update it?
