If you mean can you run the IDE on your iPad, the answer is ‘perhaps’: the iOS version of Safari is not formally supported for the IDE, but it should work (no guarantees though). We recommend a desktop/laptop.
And you can can certainly run the Electric Imp app on an iPad to configure your April for local network access.
