I am not familiar with the imp Hardware or Software yet, does anyone think it would be possible to interface an imp to an iPhone/Android app through the Wifi connection?
Not ad-hoc, no. You can do it if your phone is a hotspot though.
I wouldn’t use a hotspot, I was trying to use one with mine and it wouldn’t download the new firmware, I’m guessing too slow, being blocked or my jail-broke and hijacked PDANET app was acting up.
No experience with PDANET, but I’ve seen the built-in hotspot features of things like the S3 work fine.
