I remember very clearly the e-mail we exchanged.

If you haven’t received the partial delivery of the parts in stock, it must be due to some mistake on our side.

Please excuse us, we are growing quickly and adding new staff that need time to improve the skills.

I will check with the office in Florida as soon as they get to work in the morning.

I see the Hannah is now marked as “In Stock”, but the SmartMaker home page is warning that they are currently only shipping goods to US addresses.

Can you advise if any Hannahs have made it to your warehouse in Italy, Dimitri?
