Hannah board not working on AA batteries

I’m not able to power the dev board off AA batteries. The jumper is in the correct position, but I’m not getting light coming from the imp. 


It does work with USB power and the jumper set correctly.  

Anyone else have this issue, or can provide support?

Based on info provided, I’m thinking it’s possible it’s a mechanical issue on the dev board.  I assume you’ve tried different AA batteries (new, possibly).

I know you’ve got another issue connecting the network but if it turns out to be a mechanical issue, keep using USB and I’ll see about sending you a replacement Hannah.

Yup, and we checked with a voltmeter to make sure the batteries had a good charge. We’re going to look a little more into it in the morning, and I’ll let you know if we find anything.

My Hannah works fine with AA batteries!
