Hey Guys,

I love smARtmaker, you love smARtmaker- however everything they sell is out of stock! I was wondering if any of you desiring the Hannah Development Board have decided to just use an April Development Board to connect a Hall Sensor? Any luck?

Hall sensors are generally pretty easy to deal with. They tend to have 3 wires - gnd, power and output, so you can treat them just like a switch with an april.

Don’t forget most of them have an open collector output so you’ll need a pullup (or need to define the input of the imp with pullup enabled)
