Constantly flashing red/green and won't commission

I’ve successfully commissioned one Imp using the iOS app, but the other Imp I have flashes red/green all the time as soon as I plug it in to the April board. Tried BlinkUp several times but no joy. I’ve looked at the LED codes and there doesn’t seem to be anything for constant flashing red/green?


Does this mean the card is screwed in some way?

Sounds like a factory escape. Email support and we will get a new one out to you.
