Commissioning an Imp without Blink-up

Hello guys,

I’m quite new to Electric Imp and so this question might already been answered.
Is it possible to commission an imp without the blinkup app? Imagine that I already commissioned my imp once with a SSID, but now I change ISP and they install another router that has another SSID. Am I supposed to commission every device again, or does the cloud stores that imp in my account, and thus I can remove and add it independently of my new SSID?

you have to use the blink-up for the new router config

The imp can’t get to the cloud if the SSID has changed so as Dolf says, you need to blinkup again with the new config.
