I am planning to use DS-2 Sonic Anemometer in a project. Is it possible to use Imp without using intermediate circuit?
It would be good to get some advice.
Looking at the SDI-12 spec: http://www.sdi-12.org/specification.php
…it would seem that you would at least need an inverting buffer there (because logic 1 is 0v and logic 0 is 3-5v), plus the ability to tristate an output buffer. At first glance, it would appear that a 5v powered 74HCT125 would work just fine here.
