Budweiser IMP not lighting up

I recently purchased a Budweiser red light and I have never had any green, orange, or red light from my imp. Is this a faulty imp?

That’s possible, though unlikely (it doesn’t exactly have many moving parts to break!)

Things to check:

  • Is it plugged in the right way round (imp logo downwards)?
  • Is it in all the way (you should push it in until it clicks, this shouldn’t take much force)
  • Is the red light turned on (the volume control has an “off” position at the bottom)
  • Are the red light’s batteries flat? If you press the red test button, is it loud and bright?
