Android App Crashes

The Android app crashes some times. I am using Samsung S3.
Repo steps:
1. key in user name and password, press enter key on the on screen keypad at the end of password, the login key highlights orange.
2. Press the login key on the screen.

I have tried at least 5 times, every time I login this way the app crashes.
