Agent stopping/'No HTTP Handler'

I’m having trouble with my Vanessa (device 20000c2a69047980) going offline; the web interface says ‘Agent Stopped,’ and the agent link returns ‘No HTTP Handler.’ Cycling power bring everything back on again - for a while. Are you doing any updates that might interfere with my agent?
